Refund policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed. I want you to be happy with your beads. If you have any problems with your beads once they arrive, please contact me immediately (within 3 says). Should you need to return anything, please notify me BEFORE shipping anything back. Refunds will not be processed if I have not been notified first. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Custom orders - 20% of bead value will not be refunded. Custom orders can take a significant amount of time and therefore they are not fully refundable.
